the location was close to the metro station. staff was helpful. luggage services for transfer were available. this made my travels easier.

the toilet didn't warm up when I used it. i found the mattress lacked support on one side.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. It provides quick access to Shinjuku in just two stops. There are many convenience stores and a variety of restaurants nearby. The onsen was a great amenity (I used it every evening!).

The standard rooms are a bit small. I had some difficulty opening my luggage completely.

i am SO glad i chose this spot. the subway station was just across the street, THAT'S super convenient. plus, there were several restaurants nearby, and a family mart too. i took advantage of the express check-out, really saved some time on my way out.

the rooms are indeed very SMALL. it was hard to manage with all my luggage. maybe next time i will book a bigger room for more space.

fresh towels good touch perfect haven

i found daily fresh towels and new dressing gowns delivered to the room a good touch. the onsen on the second floor was a haven. free movies on the tv added an extra layer of relaxation to my evenings.
